All returned devices must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories included to be eligible for a full refund.

Package Your Device
Securely pack your electronics in the original manufacturer's box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery back to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and reset the device, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
